The protracted dispute between two hip life artistes in Ghana, Nana Kontihene and Kwaw Kese will soon come to an end following an intervention of some power blocks in the entertainment fraternity.

It will be recalled that , Nana Kontihene known as Emmanuel Nana Appiah Boateng and Emmanuel Botwe also known on stage as Kwaw Kese "Abodam" for one and half years antagonized themselves in the media and other social platforms.

Kontihene was reported in the media as saying Kwakese does not record songs with good content, but he later denied the reportage and said it was taken out of context and twisted by the media in a mischievous effort to create sensationalism.

The "Dedeede" hitmaker added that he considered Kwaw Kese a very good artiste who is great in his own way but that is not a reason he would consider to record a song with him.

But this statement did not augur well with Kwaw Kese by describing Kontihene’s career as long dead and as such did not merit a response from him.

Kwaw Kese in a series of interviews said hiplife artiste Kontihene is trying to ride on his fame to resurrect his [Kontihene's] ‘dead career’.

The issue got dirtier when Kontihene attacked Amanda Jissih for interviewing Kwaw Kesse on the matter, asking his fans not to pay attention to Amanda because “her brain was eaten by menopause”.

Adding that, Amanda is defending Kwaw Kese because he gave her a G-string and GHc5,000 on her birthday.

But the actress cum musician on her Twitter handle last Tuesday asked Kontihene to leave her alone and concentrate on his fight with his colleague musician, Kwaw Kese.

However, speaking to Dave Hammer on Hello Entertainment Review last Saturday,

Kontihene said he will no longer make any further comment about the past events because of the intervention of some respected industry players.

When asked whether he has forgiven the two (Kwaw Kese and Amanda Jissih), Kontihene quoted from the bible and said, "A Christian who is not willing to forgive others will find his fellowship with God hindered".

"Whatever they have said against me I have forgiven them, kwaw Kese is my younger brother and I don’t want to have beef with him, upon the discussion I had with those power blocks in the industry I will remain silent on the matter and wish not to talk about it anymore’’, He told Hello fm.
