Newly born Urban Gospel musician, Kojo Bentil, has debunked rumors making rounds that he is spending lavishly on his music career instead and has neglected a child he has at an unknown location.
Earlier last month, Flex newspaper published a story on the GH15, 000.00 budget Kojo Bentil spent on his Father Forgive Us music video. This story stirred a few controversies and while a section of the public doubted the video really cost that much, others were marveled at how much money went into the production.
However, a couple of confidential information Flex newspaper chanced on indicated that, the new contemporary Gospel sensation has a child hidden somewhere and he is refusing to cater for him/her. Speaking exclusively to Flex newspaper, Mr. Bentil denied knowledge of any child he has had out of wedlock and challenged whoever claims to know the whereabouts of the said child to bring him the child.
“I have no idea of any illegitimate child of mine. My wife is even pregnant at the moment and is yet to give birth. I’m a responsible man and every child is a blessing, so let me see this child of mine,” Kojo Bentil said in shock.
He further added that, this rumor would be a total lie if the person behind it is based here in Accra, but if the person is from Cape Coast, he would go down memory lane to reminisce on his past life actions. According to Kojo Bentil Father Forgive Us is taking him places and doing so well on the market. He has about six gigs in the pipeline and people still keep calling to book him for shows. God willing, he said, a brand new single would be released soon.
