Media personality Deloris Frimpong Manso popularly known as ‘Delay’ has touted herself as the queen of all interviewers following Nana Romeo’s ‘infamous’ interview with Ghanaian singer Wendy Shay.

Scores of social media users have reacted to that particular interview with some describing it as very unprofessional, especially with the manner in which the Accra FM presenter popped the question about Wendy Shay’s alleged romantic affair with her manager (Bullet).

A twitter user with the handle “Gyaegyimie” also posted about how Delay on the other hand would have resorted to other means of deriving such information from Wendy rather than threatening her about some evidence to back the assertion.

He tweeted; “This be one of the reasons Delay in interviews be top top nu oo. If ibi Delay she ask this question wey Wendy Shay decline aa she go continue the interview then go pass somewhere ask the question again till she gets her answer. Na gidigidi I go drop evidence drop err. Tsw,”

Delay upon chancing on the gentleman’s tweet quickly took a screenshot, posted it on social media with the caption “I’m a master of the trade,”

The popular TV presenter did not relent in endorsing herself as the “mother of all interviewers in Ghana”

Background

Wendy Shay got furious in the studios of AccraFM when Nana Romeo repetitively asked her if she was having an amorous affair with her manager Bullet.

Shay told the host she did not find interest in that style of questioning because her two-year-old existence in the music industry has been progressive and, thus, it was high time the focus was shifted to promoting her brand to the next level and Ghana music onto the international level.

A rather determined Nana Romeo kept probing, insisting that he had evidence on his phone to prove that, indeed, she and her manager were in a relationship despite her furious denials.

An obviously irritated Wendy Shay apologized to her fans, followers, and listeners and dashed out of the studio, abruptly ending the interview.
