Budding musician, Phabrick says he is not ‘feeding’ on Manifest’s fame to remain relevant in the music industry.
The rapper who is a cousin of the “God MC” said in an interview with Arnold that he wants to gain good standing before reaching out to his cousin for support.
“He is doing well for himself but I don’t want it to look like I’m trying to ride on his waves to make myself popular. I want to be me. I want to find myself and have a stand then I can call him and say, big bro I won do song plus you. This means I’m not going to get hype from his buzz but we can get extraordinary buzz from our buzz,” he noted.
According to Phabrick, it would be inappropriate to collaborate with his cousin at the moment because he needs time to plan for a good release and for the fact that Manifest is an ‘extremely’ busy person.
“I have stuff I wanna do with him. I’ve sent him a couple of stuff but he’s a very busy guy. He is everywhere. Today he is here, tomorrow he is there but he always assures me that when he comes back and finds time, he’ll do something for me so I’m very patient,” he said.
