HipLife legendary musician Nana Kweku O. Duah famously known as TiC has said he hopes that those artistes who are now bragging to be making bangers and hits after hits will still be around and recognized after two decades.

Tic Tac now TiC made huge impressions across most chart shows including MTV Base Africa Chart after he released his Gil Green directed music video 'Kangaroo' featuring MOBO award-winning reggae and dancehall artiste, Samini in 2006.

TiC in a celebrity interview with Cape Coast's finest radio presenter Amansan Krakye on Radio Central said let's honour those who are making hits today and not neglect those who made hits some years back.

"Today I'm definitely sure that if you want top musicians in Ghana, TiC will certainly be part of that list after 2 decades and over in the game".

"However, my prayer is that those who are claiming to be relevant and consistent today will still be around and releasing hit songs after 20 years in the music industry just like me".

TiC commenting on the recent social media statement made by world acclaimed Nigerian top notch afrobeat artiste Wizkid that he got inspiration from him, he said

"Wizkid admitting that I was an inspiration to him gives credence to the fact that my works have gone very far. But some people also say this because they don't have any direct competition with you".

"In our own country Ghana, some people won't recognize your efforts because you're not their friend or they don't get any money or direct benefits from you".

TiC recently released a groovy tune with Samuel G titled Forever and he's currently preparing to release his 7th Studio Album named after his mother.
