Talent Ghanaian child music star, Esi, has said fondly how much she has missed missing music genius Castro.
The Hiplife artist, whose real name is Theophilus Tagoe, went missing, along with friend Janet Bandu in July, 2014.
Born Elizabeth Esi Awotwi, the rising star who revealed Castro helped her write her debut single, Dream, is hopeful the musician would “come back soon”.
“I don’t know. Uncle Castro was so nice to me and I miss him so much. I want him to come back” she said in an interview on the Starr Drive on Tuesday February 17, 2015.
Her prayer comes a week after Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan told Bola Ray onStarr Chat on Starr 103.5FM that he misses his friend – the rapper.
“Castro was a brother to me, he is such a talented guy. He never writes his music, he just sings them. I miss him so much”.
Dreams, as written by the skilled musician introduces and shows the growth of the young talented singer after her tremendous performance on two talent hunt platforms, TV3’s Talented Kids programme and Viasat One’s Born Starz.
Esi said she would strive to start writing her own music and make everyone who believes in her abilities “proud”.
