The host of one of the most famous television programmes in the country "The Stand Point" and ace journalist, Gifty Anti, has revealed that she has gone through so many struggles in life and nearly committed suicide at some point.
Speaking on Viasat 1's "The One" show hosted by Anita Erskine on Sunday, June 28, the human right activist disclosed that, while growing up she went through peer pressure which nearly deprived her from achieving what she had achieved today.
"While growing up, I went through a lot of struggle. At some point in life, I nearly committed suicide due to peer pressure. But I was saved by God and I thank Him for that," she said.
She further said that, her show "The Stand Point" will celebrate its 7th anniversary on July 2 at the GDA house, Kokomlemle in Accra.
