I once sold marijuana – Uncle Ebo Whyte

Popular playwright, James Ebo Whyte, popularly known as Uncle Ebo Whyte, says he once sold marijuana to make out a living.

He made the revelation in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Thursday. adomonline.com monitored!

According to him, he retired from a promising boxing career at age 14 because he was selling marijuana.

“I was actually the sales agent for my senior half-brother. I became, by default, his sales assistant. Unfortunately, he was our biggest customer so we didn’t get money. He got high on his own supply…” he told Andy.

The playwright is about to stage his one-man stand-up comedy “A Crazy Ride” on September 1 at the National Theatre.
