I receive sexually explicit messages daily – MzVee

Dancehall Artiste, MzVee has said she receives tons of sexually explicit messages in her DM on social media.

According to her, she believes that these men who send her the messages are bold to send the messages because it’s a virtual world and because they cannot see her they send those messages.

“I receive tons of messages in my DM all the time. They say a lot including I like your album, your teeth are white. I receive very interesting ones, mostly sexual because I can’t see them and I’m sure if they see me in person they cannot say those things.”

She indicated that when she receives those messages she overlooks them but was quick to add that if the message is an inspiring one, she responds with a thank you.

Unlike other artistes who have people managing their social media handles, she indicated that she manages all her social media platforms because they represent her image and there was the need for her to manage it by herself.
