I sabotaged Eddie Nartey & Ekow Smith Asante – Popular movie director confesses

Astute movie director Frank Rajah Arase has confirmed to sabotaging actors Ekow Smith Asante and Eddie Nartey.

Eddie and Ekow had budding careers in the movie industry until they suddenly became dormant. Their talent could have propelled them just like their colleagues into the mainstream Nollywood film industry but this wasn’t the case.

Some Ghanaian actors who have star power comparable to Nigerian actors include Jackie Appiah, Van Vicker, Majid Michel, Nadia Buari and John Dumelo. Frank Rajah revealed in an interview with Multimedia’s MzGee that at a point he got angry and ignored these two actors.

“I was still very young, youthful and I got upset and decided to push them aside and desist from working with them”. Mr Rajah said.

He revealed during the interview Zionfelix.net monitored that he was misinformed and his error was that he failed to confront Eddie and Ekow.

A very apologetic Frank Rajah admitted he over reacted and was irrational in his decision. Eddie later joined Zylofon Media but Ekow has still not managed to thrive as his colleagues.
