Music producer Kusilin beats has revealed on the Am Pluzz show hosted by Sammyflex his poor state of living.
Kusilin has produced great tunes for many musicians including hit reggae song “Meretwen Wo” by Okyeame Kwame.
He told Sammy Flex he alongside his pregnant wife and 6year old daughter have been sleeping in the studio for six months due to lack of funds for a decent accommodation.
“It got to a point that the studio had to be moved and things were dismantled, but since we had no place to move to, we are still sleeping in the dismantled office full of debris”. He said.
As in-house producer of Hush Hush studios owned by Okyeame Kwame, Kusilin revealed he has not charged for any of his works but recounted he was given a sum GHC3000 by Okyeame Kwame as rent before he started working in the studio some years ago.
Asked what Okyeame Kwame has done about his present situation Kusilin responded “I have no problem with Okyeame as people are insinuating, he knows my situation and has promised to help.
I need an amount of GHC3000 to rent a room for my family, my wife is in her ninth month and will be delivering anytime soon.
I decided not to make it public but the situation is getting out of hand so I have to speak and seek the help of friends and love ones”. Kusilin told Sammy flex on Pluzz 89.9fm.
