It is generally believed that it is wrong for Christians to pierce their ears more than once but award winning Gospel act Joyce Blessing holds a different view.
According to her, she pierced twice due to the kind of skin she has.
“I’ve reason for piercing my ears twice and I don’t see anything wrong with that. I’ve soft ears, I wear earrings in one for a while then I change and wear in another hole hears in order to avoid a disfigured hole on my ears.” When asked if her fans and loved ones have complained about her double piercing, Joyce revealed that, “We all have reasons for doing things our own way.”
Speaking on the controversial segment on Kasapa Entertainment, ‘Pae Mu Ka‘ , she also debunked rumours that she recently charged GH200.00 for a show.
“For me to charge Gh200.00 for a show, I’ll rather do a Live worship in my room. I charge based on the kind of programme.” She is an enthusiastic entertainer with a good always getting her moves right on stage.
‘Pae Mu Ka’ is a new segment on Kasapa Entertainment on Kasapa 102.5FM, it seeks to delve into the real life situations of Ghanaian celebrities. Kasapa Entertainment is hosted by Kojo Preko Dankwa every Saturday from 2pm to 4pm.
