'I've learned that men need pampering' – Empress Gifty shares new marriage experience

Ghanaian gospel musician Empress Gifty has shared insights on what she has learned from her marriage following the end of her previous relationship with her former husband, Prophet Elisha Osei.

In an interview on Channel One TV, the singer, who is now married to prominent New Patriotic Party member Hopeson Adorye, revealed that she has embraced the importance of being submissive in marriage.

According to her, men need pampering, and women should avoid raising their voices at their partners, even when they believe they are right.

"I have learned how to forgive, I have learned how to keep quiet and not insult your husband even if you are right... I have learned how to pamper a man because that is all they want," she said.

She also highlighted the importance of respecting privacy in marriage.

"I don't take marriage personally. You become a nagging wife if you take it personally. When I call my husband, I don't immediately ask him where he is. The first thing I do is to find out if he is okay. I don't invade his freedom and privacy, and it is working for me," she added.

Empress Gifty recently released a new single titled "Watch Me," which has garnered nearly 467k views on YouTube.
