'I wanted to commit suicide due to insults from Ghanaians'

Wife of hip life artiste Cartel Big J, Selly Galley has revealed she considered committing suicide due to the back lashing from Ghanaians after her Tanzanian Big Brother Africa housemate, Nando accused her of giving him Sexually Transmitted Disease(STD).

In an interview with Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show, Selly said she was not happy when all those negative comments were made behind her leaving her with no opportunity to defend herself.

“I could have committed suicide and I did not even want to come back to Ghana. You see the back lashing and insults from my own country was just too much. This news went viral, it was all over Africa and the funny thing was that, those in other countries were rather encouraging me,” she said.

“I actually thought that, I had people in the house whom I thought were my friends and they hid all those things from me though they were aware of it,” she added.

As to how her relationship with Nando is since that incident, she said; “I do not remember him, I have seen him liking my pictures on Instagram and that is what makes me remember that, there is someone like that.”

Selly is the host of Cine Afrik Premieres on Joy TV, she is an actress, producer and an entrepreneur.
