I was 13 years old when my parents divorced - Medikal

Ghanaian musician Medikal has shared insights into the dissolution of his parent's marriage when he was just a child.

He attributed the divorce to misunderstandings between his parents, which led them to part ways in pursuit of individual peace.

The impact of this event didn't fully register with him until he matured and understood the dynamics of relationships and their challenges.

In a conversation with Bola Ray on Starr FM's Starr Chat, Medikal said, "I was 13 years old when my parents divorced."

These revelations come amid Medikal's public disagreements with his estranged wife, Fella Makafui, including a claim that she had reported him to the authorities.

The conflict is believed to have originated from Medikal's insistence that Fella's cousin vacate their joint home.

Currently, the couple is entangled in a legal dispute concerning the ownership of their house and the custody of their daughter.
