If you thought controversial TV and radio presenter, Valentina Nana Afia Agyeiwaa popularly called Afia Schwarzenegger has had it all rosy in life judging from her recent lifestyle, then you might be having it all wrong, she’s actually suffered in life but things are better now.
The comedienne for the first time opened up about her sufferings when growing up on Celebrity Ride With Zionfelix show when she appeared on the Angel TV program for the first time.
The outspoken media personality on the new season of the show narrated how difficult life was for her in Ghana and after she left for South Africa to make cash.
Afia during the conversation with the show host, Zionfelix mentioned that she used to sell second-hand clothes, curtains, table clothes at the age of six when she left the late vice president, Aliu Mahama’s house to stay with her mother in Kumasi.
Again, Afia Schwarzenegger disclosed that she sold birthday and love cards at Adum in Kumasi all to raise money for her education. When she thought life would be much better if she leaves the shores of Ghana to South Africa, it was not so.
The actress divulged on the Celebrity Ride With Zionfelix program that her first job in South Africa was to wash utensils for a Ghanaian and later for an Indian who owned restaurant in the country.
Afia Schwarzenegger continued that she set up a restaurant to sell banku and later stopped to sell 'waakye' in Cape Town in South Africa all with the aim of raising money to live a better life.
