I will sue VGMA and Dj Black – LilWin

Popular Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah ‘Lilwin’, today in the studios of Live FM has threatened to file a legal suit against the VGMA and Dj Black for refusing to nominate his songs when he submitted for nomination during VGMAs, but had the guts to play his song during the main event.

This came up after the host AJ Sarpong of mid-morning show asked him why none of his songs were nominated during the VGMAs, because ‘Mama Boss Papa’ is biggest jam making the loudest noise and making all the waves in Ghana currently and should had been nominated in the Most Popular Song of the Year category.

The actor cum musician answered; “maybe they think am an actor so I don’t fit in the music circle for my songs to be nominated.”

He even gave a scenario using America rapper 50cent; he said “50cent is a rapper and also an actor so why didn’t they nominate any of my songs, not even “I don’t think far” which became the nation’s anthem and I even did 4 collaborations with different artistes on them”.

According to the ‘Mama Boss Papa’ hitmaker, has threatened to file a legal suit against VGMA and Dj Black for not nominating none of the songs, he [Lilwin] submitted for nomination during VGMAs, but had the guts to play his song during the main event.

He said “I have talked to my lawyer and we are filing a legal suit against them, if my song not qualified why you should have to play it there”.

The actor cum musician passed a funny comment “but until I finished with the premiere of “John & John” movie else it might make things slow.”

Though, he was in the studio with Kalybos and Kofas Media CEO-Kofi Asamoah to promote their latest action packed comedy movie, titled “John & John” which is yet to be premiered this Easter Saturday, April 15th at Silverbird Cinemas Accra Mall and West Hills Mall.

The movie directed by multiple award-winning movie director, Kofi Asamoah features tall list of renowned movie stars including actors like Pete Edochie from Nigeria, Liwin, Kalybos, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Joselyn Dumas, KSM, Ahuofe Patri, Bishop Bernard Nyarko, Selly Galley, Salma Mumin, John Dumelo, Abeiku Santana, Gracey Nortey, Grace Omaboe, Moesha Bodoung, Fella Makafui, Roselyn Ngissah, James Gardiner and Umar Krupp.
