I would react worse than Stonebwoy did if Shatta said that about my mum - Epixode

Theophilus Nii Ardey Otoo Junior, known in showbiz as “Epixode” aka “Dj Baddy” who thrives as one of the fastest rising Ghanaian talents at the moment has said there would be chaos in Ghana if Shatta Wale insults his family.

Epixode who was interviewed on SVTV Africa's SVTV CHAT was sharing his opinion on the current banter between dancehall acts Shatta wale and Stonebwoy.

According to the Global One records signee exchange of words amongst artistes can be traced to the 1980's.

"Dancehall has a rivalry culture and artists back in the day do if business to put food on their table but present-day artistes have taken this rivalry personal attacking their personal outfits, If its true that Wale said that about his (Stonebwoy's) mother, if ebe me ago vex pass (If it were me I would be angrier)" Epixode stated

The vibrant musician furthered that he would be very hurt and angry if Shatta Wale insulted his family especially his mother.

Epixode feels the "beef" between these Dancehall gods is unimportant and has pleaded with both sides to calm the storm.

"Let's give the people good music and let's let both sides reign and we shouldn't forget the young artistes emerging need our attention too."
