If I was drunk, its my life - Vicky Zugah tells critics

The actress told OMGGhana.com on Monday morning in an interview that all her bandages have been removed and she was on set in Aburi at the time she was talking to them.

Vicky Zugah denied rumour that she was drunk when she had the accident on Tuesday July 15 this year around 2 am when a KIA truck carrying a kiosk veered into her lane and hit her car.

Vicky who admitted that she drinks alcohol, laughed off accusations that she lied about her accident when she told the world that she was returning from a movie set when the unfortunate incident happened.

“That I gave out false information, seriously what for? I was on set at UPS. The whole of that night I hadn’t even taken alcohol when I left the set.

I hadn’t taken alcohol, no cigarette, no weed, nothing. I don’t see any reason why I will go and sit on radio or TV and lie about something that almost took my life. If I was drunk I was drunk, it’s my life. I would have said it,” Vicky asked.

Vicky Zugah who is currently on set shooting a horror movie added that she would have educated the public on how bad it is to drink and drive if she was drunk on the night she had the accident.

“I would have even educated people about it. What’s the point in lying about being drunk and getting involved in an accident? Isn’t it a better way of educating the public on not drinking and driving” – Vicky Zugah said.
