According to police inspector Alice Yeboah, the prosecutor, Adjoa Bimah on 13th of this month sent food (banku and bread) to Ziggy, but during a careful examination by the police sergeant on duty at the Central police station in Accra, it was detected that Wee (Indian hemp) was hidden first in a black polythene bag and then put in the middle of a big banku ball, intended to be served to Ziggy.

When Adjoa Bimah was arrested, she named two people as those who gave her the food. Police investigation led to the arrest of Richard Yeboah who in turn mentioned one Fuseini as the one who gave the food to suspect Adjoa Bimah The suspects are in police custody to reappear in court on July 6th, 2004.
