It is written somewhere in the book Ecclesiastics chapter 3 that there is time for everything on this planet and from the look of things, it is time for hiphop in Ghana to be talked about again after most Ghanaians forgot about other music genres in the country to follow dancehall.

For weeks now, most Ghanaians have been talking about hiphop music in the country. This is as a result of songs some musicians have released within this period. Sarkodie released “Bossy” song, which to many was an indirect diss to some rappers in the country.

According to these critics, Obidi threw shots at reigning artistes of the year, E.L but the musician in question kept mute over the allegation. In the same song, these same critics say Sarkodie had something to tell Flowking Stone and again, the “Fire Bon Dem” rapper did not reply him. Flowkig after Obidi’s “Bossy” song released “Igwe” which had no reply to what Sarkodie said about him in his song.

When all thought nobody was going to reply Sarkodie’s Bossy song, M.anifest surprisingly released a song he calls “godMc” which had some reply to Sarkodie’s lyrics in the “Bossy” track. M.anifest’s reaction to Sarkodie’s song fueled the controversy about a seeming beef between some hiphop artistes in the country. This debate has been going on for long on both social and traditional media.

Due to this, Zionfelix.net asked our followers on social media networks to know what they think about Sarkodie and M.anifest’s songs. This question raised tempers on our social media platforms making fans of each artiste rain insult on their rival.
