Stacy Amoateng, the newly appointed Executive Director in charge of television and radio at Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) has disclosed that the intention to get her join the organisation started in 2016.
In a social media post to confirm her appointment and acceptance, Tuesday, the experienced television personality said she finally accepted the offer after receiving a confirmation from her Maker.
"In 2016, a discussion began. In 2018, the discussion came up again. I was just praying and waiting on God for an answer," she noted.
"During the latter part of 2019, the discussion came up again and I finally made a decision on it earlier this year. It didn't just happen, it took years for waiting on God to give the green light and I am humbled to join the Angel Broadcasting Network as Executive Director for radio and Television."
Mrs. Amoateng expressed profound gratitude to Dr. Kwaku Oteng, owner of the company for "not ever giving up on the four years of waiting".
While acknowledging the warm reception and support given her by other personalities within the organisation, she established that it would take a collective effort to achieve greatness hence, the need for all employees to give their best.
She said: "Great leaders don't allow people to work for them, they work with people. It is my prayer we make a difference together."
