Multiple award winner and gospel songstress Ohemaa Mercy has stated emphatically that it is improper and wrong to charge for worship concerts.

The "Wobeye Kese" hit maker who double as host of arise and shine gospel morning show on Neat FM, revealed on the show how they have been making a great mistake by placing monetary charges on the Lord’s worship which is supposed to be free.

She stated, "if God offered his son Jesus as a free gift for our sins, why are we taking money from his worship.

To set example for other gospel musicians to follow, Ohemaa Mercy has declared her upcoming Tehillah Experience concert dubbed “The Throne Room Experience” free to the public.

Tickets for the concert was expected to be sold for 40cedis but for this revelation, it’s now free, she stated.

The 3rd edition of The Tehillah Experience happens on Sunday, August 7

The event will be held at the International Central Gospel Church(ICGC) Calvary Temple, Spintex Road, in Accra at 4:00pm prompt.
