Iwan admits to attacking DJ Yoga on stage and will apologize

DJ Yoga who was at the helm of affairs during the Fadama version of SallahFest over the weekend is seeking an apology as redress from Iwan for reportedly attacking him on stage.

The incident took place on stage during the TV7 and 30minutes Live SallahFest musical concert where DJ Yoga was the official DJ and also played for acts who had no DJ’s including Iwan.

Recounting what transpired, DJ Yoga in a conversation with georgebritton.com stated he was about to play for Iwan during his performance when the power went off leading to Iwan ranting curse words.

According to DJ Yoga, in that heated moment, Iwan moved towards his DJ stand and pushed his MacBook laptop and other items including his phones, headphones and DDJ SX.

Aside the altercation, DJ Yoga also stated Iwan tried to physically attack him thus he is demanding the dancehall act renders him an official apology else he might be obliged to take legal action.

However, speaking to Iwan he did admit to pushing DJ Yoga’s laptop and will take the necessary steps to apologize.

Explaining his actions, Iwan disclosed he felt being sabotaged which prompted him to act such way. Nonetheless organizers debunked such claims, citing the power problem as a technical issue which started when Edem was supposed to perform with Samini & Kofi Kinaata all experiencing similar hitches.
