UK Soul singer J. Appiah has confirmed he will be arriving in Ghana on Thursday March 28 for a week-long stay in Ghana, to record with Born Starz winner Nero-X.

This is a swift reaction by Viasat1, following Nero-X’s denial of visa by the UK Embassy. Since he is unable to travel, Viasat1 decided to fly down all the people he was scheduled to meet in London, to Ghana instead.

Viasat1 can now confirm that the top UK soul star and his management team in the UK will come to Ghana end March. J. Appiah who is a UK sensation is also due to release his single "I Ain't Rich... yet" and video featuring French football superstar Florent Malouda, later this month.

Charlotte Gustavsson, CEO of Viasat1 says “Born Starz is a program that is here to stay and we will do whatever we can to make sure the winners get a fantastic year ahead.

A denied visa will never stop us from sticking to our commitments.” Meanwhile, Nero-X has also begun his year-long mentoring session with Hiplife star Okyeame Kwame which was also part of his winning package.
