James Gardiner and Cookie Tee to host 9th RTP Awards

The 9th edition of the prestigious Radio and Television Personality Awards (RTP Award) comes off this Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the Accra International Confernece Centre [AICC].

Big Events Ghana, organizers of the awards scheme have announced hosts for this year’s edition.

Actor James Gardiner and Television presenter/Co-host of Starr Drive on Starr 103.5fm and GhOne Tv’s Tales From The Powder Room, Shirley Emma Tibilla also known as Cookie Tee will compère the 2019 RTP Awards event.

James Gardiner, born James Timothy Gardiner is a Ghanaian actor, voice-over artiste, Radio and TV presenter. He has featured in numerous Ghallywood and Nollywood movies.

Cookie Tee co-hosted the 2018 edition for the first time and she did well.

Joy Prime and Metro Television presenters, KMJ andJacquline Naa Adukwei Susan Mercedes Acquaye have also been announced as Red Carpet hosts for this year’s RTP Awards.

Both presenters have many years of experience as media personalities, having hosted so many high profile events.

As one of the most star-studded ceremonies and longest Red Carpet event in Ghana, patrons are expected to see awe-inducing fashion up and down the red carpet from some of their favourite Television/radio personalities and music stars.

The DOPHIL RTP Awards promises an exciting night to celebrate radio and television personalities who have excelled in the field.
