Live FM’s Jay Foley has revealed that he plans to return to making beats for musicians.

In an interview with Caleb Boye on Radio GIJ, Jay said upon completing Achimota senior high school, he used to visit Hammer of The Last Two at the Hush Hush Studios in Awudome.

He said he learned beat production from Hammer through 2004 to 2007 and that he used to make really cool beats. He actually did it full time then, till he discovered the art of doing voice overs and put beat making behind him.

In his words, he maintains, “it’s just the final thing I’m going to jump to. I still have my studio. If I am ever to retire from anything radio, tv, artiste management, name all the little things that I engage myself in, I will just jump back into the studio and make beats.”

John ‘Jay’ Foley is the founder of GROUPE 2131 which has 4 subsidiaries and overlooks radio and television content and artiste management. He is also a show host and the business manager at Live FM.
