Ghana’s inspiring gospel music legend, Pastor Joe Beecham, is passionately appealing to Ghanaians to cherish and maintain the peace and unity in the country at all times especially, in the lead up to the general elections.

His appeal captured in the song, “Oman Ghana” has already begun receiving endorsements from key stakeholders and has been selected by the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) as one of the key songs for its peace awareness campaigns.

“Ghana for Peace” forms part of the Takoradi-based gospel singer’s sixth (6th) album which was launched on July 1, 2016 to a packed audience at the Takoradi Polytechnic auditorium.

The launch also saw the premiere of the official video of ‘Oman Ghana.’

Joe Beecham indicated that it is not for nothing that the call for peace and unity only intensifies during electioneering periods.

According to him, during such heated periods, such calls serve as a voice of reasoning to every Ghanaian.

The album titled, “Let the Fire Fall” which talks about devotion to God and features celebrated gospel musicians such as NiiOkai, Reverend Helen Yawson and the late Danny Nettey of blessed memory, is surely a come-back for Pastor Joe Beecham whose fifth (5th) album was released eight (8) years ago.

The 12-track album has songs such as, Okatamodo, Mercy, My works, Let the Fire Fall, and Hope of my Life.

Renowned gospel musicians who graced the stage during the album launch were Eugene Zuta, Cynthia MacCauley,Malonzy and the phenomenal MC, Matthew Ansah, who also doubled as a singer.

Concerts are scheduled to be held across the country to spread the impact of his music ministry. The album is currently on online distribution stores such as iTunes, Tidal, Spotify and Deezer.
