If we just develop our tourist sites just a bit, we will earn so much as a country…Dumelo Ghanaian Actor John Dumelo has ended his tourist activities today in the West Gonja in the Northern Region of Ghana.

The Award Winning Actor who has so much passion to promote tourism decided to tour around the West Gonja to visit some of the great places in the region which forms part of the tourist sites in the country.

Apart from the act of promoting tourism, John also had a lot of fun by experiencing some of the lifestyle of the people of the Northern Region.

Obviously, one can tell from the pictures and captions John posted online that indeed he has learnt a lot on his journey.

John Dumelo uploaded pictures of some of the wonderful tourist sites he visited on Instagram with several captions but this very caption caught our attention and was a message useful to the tourism ministry.

“Done with West Gonja.... Driving 9 hours to Accra, then off again to film #melomoments in a different part of Ghana. We are sitting on money in this country in terms of tourism. If we just develop our tourist sites just a bit, we will earn so much as a country. #thisisGhana #tourismisfun #melomoments”

Legend has it that this stone on the outskirts of Larabanga -always returns to its original resting place when moved, and -due to this legend the main road that runs through this area had to be diverted around the stone. #melomoment #thisisGhana #tourismisfun
