Musician, Joojo Addison
Musician Joojo Addison is out with another masterpiece with the aim of inspiring people to engage in anything legal that invigorates their spirits whenever they are disheartened.
Titled ‘Remedy’, the melodious song which features Xrusade is a pleasant blend of traditional African rhythm, powerful vocals and reflective lyrics.
The song produced by Kros was unveiled at BBnZ Lounge on Friday.
Addressing the media, Joojo Addison said he hopes to motivate the dispirited with the piece.
“The whole concept of ‘Remedy’ is what makes you happy when everything stops and you hit lowest point. I know mine is music; I don’t know about you. We need to appreciate what makes us happy,” he said while mentioning Fela Kuti, Nina Simone and Bob Marley as people he took inspiration from growing up.
On his part, manager of the singer, Michael Ola touted the capabilities of his artiste saying, “He has a unique style and talent. His music is out of the ordinary I see around. His lyrics are so mature and very Ghanaian. I was always looking out for uniqueness and I think I’ve found that in Joojo Addison.”
