Joyce Blessing’s management forced to refund money for no show at ‘Bliss on the Hills’ Concert

Organizers of ‘Bliss on the Hills’ Concert, Media Excel, led by Kwesi Ernest retrieved money paid to management of gospel musician, Joyce Blessing, Zylofon Media for not being able to perform at the event which took place on December 25, 2017.

Media Excel boss was informed about Joyce Blessing and crew ghastly accident at Nsawam when they were heading to Kwahu to perform at the concert but sources close to Kasapafmonline.com say Kwesi Ernest on his return to Accra after the ‘Bliss on the Hills’ concert stormed the Zylofon Media office to demand for his money because Joyce Blessing was unable to perform at the event.

According to sources, Kwesi Ernest visited the gospel artiste on Saturday to sympathize with her at the hospital after he had collected the money from Zylofon Media.

Section of the public are of the view that though Joyce Blessing escaped the near ghastly accident unhurt, the accident was over exaggerated.

Joyce Blessing, billed for a performance was on her way to Kwahu in the Eastern region when the accident occurred around 11:15 pm.

Other people who suffered injuries were, her husband who was driving the vehicle, her manager, personal assistant, her Blogger and two others from her record label, Zylofon Media.

Confirming the news to sister radio station, Starr FM, a representative of Zylofon media Bulldog said the artiste is in a dire situation at the hospital but responding to treatment.

The first ever music festival dubbed, ‘Bliss on the Hills’ paraded over 30 artistes extending from Gospel, Hi-life to Hip-life to stage a memorable musical show during the Christmas season, started from the 24th through to 26th December.

Lovers of Gospel music had their turn on 25th as S.P Kofi Sarpong, Nacee, Kojo Ampong, Piesie Esther, Nicholas Omane Acheampong to mention a few, lined up for the Gospel Night show.

Organisers of Bliss on the Hills, Media Excel, say the aim of the yearly program is to promote the arts and culture with Kwahu as the center for entertainment in Ghana and West Africa.

The event is also intended to create and promote sustainable businesses, as well as open up job opportunities for the people of the Eastern Region through the arts.
