It was an evening of sheer glitz and glamour at the swanky PLOT 7 Lounge on Thursday night as three of Ghanaian celebrated female showbiz personalities, Juliet Ibrahim, Emelia Brobbey and Kafui Danku were honored by Jack Daniels.

The three A-list actresses cum producers and philanthropists were presented with award plaques and a special Limited edition bottle from the brand made especially for each of them.

The awards were in recognition of their remarkably successful careers, contributions to the growth of the entertainment industry in Ghana as well as their various philanthropic endeavors.

Speaking at the event, Nana Kwame Addai – Assistant Brands Manager, Jack Daniels – Ghana, stated that, the awards is the first of many initiatives aimed at supporting women in the entertainment industry to continue to grow as well as market Ghana to the world through their endeavors.

Mrs. Leonora, President of the Women In Performing Arts [W.I.P.A], also urged all women in the industry to strive to achieve more and to be a good example to other women out there who aspire to be successful as they have become.

Brands Manager for Jack Daniels – West Africa, Richard Bouclous, also intimated that the brand is looking forward to working with the honorees and other women in the industry to support their projects and help the entertainment industry grow.

In accepting their awards, both Juliet Ibrahim and Emelia Brobbey expressed their gratitude for the honor and thanked their fans for the continued support and pledged to continue to strive to improve themselves and always give their very best.

The ultra-exclusive event hosted close friends and family of the celebrities as well as the media.
