Wo Nim Rasta? (Do You Know Rasta?)
This is the question K'Daanso is asking on his song. A reggae/dancehall track which seeks to right the misconceptions and stereotyping of dreadlock wearing rasta people as drug users, lazy and crazy individuals.
K'Daanso explains in his song that Rastafarianism is about love, peace, spiritual maturity contrary to views held many. And calls for people to get closer to rasta folks to get to know their ways before criticizing.
The video to this song is very simple and with less effects. It shows K'Daanso by the beach, with a colourful 'Lion of Judah' flag, a symbol of Rastafarians. The camera rolls after throwing a long shot of the coastline.
Directed by Ohene Media (OM), K'Daanso is shown at the beach, a street corner and in front of a rasta painted graffiti dispelling wrong notions of Rastafarians by depicting a rasta doctor. The video featured the likes of Fiifi Selah, Ras Kunta and Nana Fokzi and a rasta couple dancing with love.
The video is a typical rasta video with capturing the essential people, rasta effigies, good vibe.
