ABC Pictures under the auspices of fast rising Ghanaian actress, Kafui Danku will on the 14th of June, 2013, bring down the roofs of the Silverbird Cinema Galleria agog as she premiers her maiden movie - LETTERS TO MY MOTHER, at 6:00pm in Lagos, Nigeria.

With the premier in Ghana on the Independence Day recording a mouth-watering attendance, leaving movie enthusiasts and pundits to shower positive remarks, Lagos cannot wait to have a feel of the brilliance from the sleek Kafui.

Written and directed by the award winning man, Pascal Amanfo, with Kafui Danku producing, the movie tells the story Mike returning home after a 5-year sojourn overseas with Angie his wife to be and mother of his unborn child, he is then greeted with hatred in his own mother's eyes that leaves him gaping and searching for the truth. A truth he however cannot find not without bloodshed.

Also starring in the movie are actors and actresses like John Dumelo, Adjetey Annang, Roselyn Ngissah, Paulina Oduro, Eddie Watson, among others.

LETTERS TO MY MOTHER is a true life story, thus, the story gets more interesting with Mike not speaking a word with anyone for the past five years. Reason? You probably will have to see for yourself.

But one thing that stands out is that, it is a story about the hatred embedded in deceit and lies. It is about secrets. It is about destiny.
