Kenzo’s Place donates to Dzorwulu Special School

The Management and Staff of Kenzo’s Place, a Men’s Grooming and Beauty Salon based in Cantonments in Accra have made a donation to the students and Staff of the Dzorwulu Special School on Saturday, April 19th 2014 at the premises of the school.

The items which consisted of bags of rice, gari, detergents, slippers and fabric for their uniforms were all valued at GHC2, 800.

Aside the items presented to the School, the children were treated to a short party where they were presented with drinks and pastries.

Making the presentation, the Salon’s PRO, Sakyiwaa Mensah indicated that the reason for making the donation is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility and the school was simply settled on unanimously by the Management of the Salon. Additionally, it is in line with the celebration of Easter and the Salon’s want to ensure the children of the school do not get left behind during the celebration.

The items were presented by the salon’s Manager, Keziah Ntim and received by the School Prefect, Isaac Otchere who thanked the Staff and Management of the salon. In attendance were Salon Supervisors, Grace Kwao, Majid Osman Adams and Barber, Ebenezer Teye.

In a separate discussion, the Assistant Head of the School, Mr Tetteh also expressed his gratitude to the Staff of the Salon for the courtesy extended to the children of the school.
