King Promise takes Ghana to the ‘Promise Land’

Award-winning Ghanaian artiste, Gregory Bortey Newman, known in showbiz as King Promise is set to stage a mammoth musical concert on Sunday, December, 22, at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in La, Accra.

Being a man on a musical journey, King Promise is ready to set the La Township on fire with the third edition of his annual concert dubbed ‘Promised Land’.

The "Abena" and “Tokyo” hitmaker, has promised to thrill fans with awesome performances from old and new hit tracks on his recent album.

The Legacy Life Entertainment recording artiste who took to Twitter to share his excitement urged fans to book the date down, ‘I’ve had my best year yet as an artist this year!! Dropped my debut album #AsPromised! Toured across the globe!! Now let’s cap it all off!! I promise to give you my everything on this night! Along with my superstar friends. Tickets out now!!!

Themed ‘As Promised’, King Promise released his album in July 2019. Before that, King Promise staged a massive concert, among other objectives, to give back to the Nungua community where he grew and also let the street have a feel of his album.

The 14-track album features celebrated musicians such as Kojo Antwi, Wizkid, Sarkodie, Mugeez, Simi, Omar Sterling and Raye.

King Promise is credited with jamming songs like ‘CCTV’, ‘Abena’, ‘Selfish’, ‘Oh Yeah’, ‘Hey Sexy’ and others.
