Kumawood actor Papa Kumasi, born Clement Sarfo has expressed his total disappointment with his ‘brother’ Kofi Asamoah, who is the CEO of Kofas Media for the sort of treatment he has meted out to him after the shooting of his (Kofi Asamoah) TV series titled ‘Papa Kumasi’.
According to the radio presenter, the failure of Kofi Asamoah to get in touch with him after two years of shooting the series is something he has struggled to understand. Speaking on the ‘Uncut’ show hosted by Zionfelix recently, Papa Kumasi made the point that the money he received from Kofi Asamoah for the shooting of the TV show which has aired for about two years now was very insufficient.
He, however, stressed that even though the money was insufficient he is not really concerned, but his wish was that the brother he grew up with in Suntreso township of Kumasi would have at least called to show a little appreciation for what he did for him.
Aside from the issues which have to do with the ‘Papa Kumasi’ TV series, the former Royal TV presenter raised another concern. he revealed that the ‘Amakye and Dede’ movie director rejected his request of allowing his boy, Yaw Dabo, who is a part of the cast of his TV series ‘Chopbox To Chopbox’ to shoot a few scenes for the upcoming movie when they traveled abroad.
