Ghana’s Legal practitioner and controversial lawyer, Maurice Ampaw has revealed that the Founder and Leader of the Heaven's Gate Ministries, Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha will make a mess of himself if he proceeds with his plight to pursue the suit of the currently popular music in Ghana ‘One Corner’ by Pataapa.

He was answering a question posed by Ghana’s No.1 Entertainment show host Dr. Who on Hot FM's Hot and Classic Showbiz Review.

“Lawyer do you think Prophet Kumchacha has a case in sueing the One Corner song”?

He reacted that Kumchacha is a friend and that he would advise the Prophet not to pursue the case because he will that have a grounds to win the case.

“It is not easy to sue a song and what is the capacity for the suet, a judge cannot prevent people from listening and dancing to the song”.

He continued to state that Pataapa has made a lot of investment in bringing out the song and it will be very difficult for Prophet Kumchacha to win the case.

“It is Ghanaians who are irresponsible and Pataapa should not suffer for it” he added.

He rather advised that if Kumchacha thinks the One corner song is morally not right, he should lobby with Parliament to make a law to desist the song from being played or organize leaders of Ghana Education Service or Churches to come out with rules and regulations or a campaign to prevent the song from being aired.

The lawyer who has had issues with Ghana’s Black Star captain Asamoah Gyan, continued that even though he thinks Prophet Kumchacha has no case, he hates to hear the song One Corner and will deal with any of his children or relative who dances to the song.

“Grown up who sings and dance to the song are irresponsible and do not think” he famed.

“Judges cannot move around preventing people from dancing to ‘One Corner’ likewise the police or the security services”. He added

Pataapa’s ‘One Corner’ song has gone under serious scrutiny because of the crazy way people of Ghana dance to it. Some pastor have stated that the song sung by the Agona Swedru based musicians Pataapa is evil and every person who dance to it will definitely meet satan in hell.

This is a piece of advice from Lawyer Maurice Ampaw what do you also think.
