In less than 24 hours, self-styled dancehall king Shatta Wale has received massive backlash from Ghanaian social media users following the 'diss' track released by Sarkodie.
The music video with Sarkodie sipping on wine went viral some few hours after it was released yesterday. This came as a great surprise to some Ghanaian social media users who had finally found the right person to put Shatta Wale to his right place, following his misbehaviour in recent times.
Among the few people who have expressed negative sentiments about the track is Kwaku Manu, the Ghanaian Kumawood actor. He was spotted in a video 'firing' Sarkodie for casting insinuations at him in the the viral 'diss' track.
According to him, he believes the 'beefs' in the entertainment industry helps it grow but as far as he is concerned he has not offended Sarkodie in any way for him to cast insinuations at him.
Kwaku Manu alleges that Sarkodie cited several happenings he has been involved in, but he failed to point out a specific line in the track that was about him.
While some people remain nonchalant about the video claiming it's just some comic relief, others have descended heavily on the Kumawood show stopper, claiming he is only "trying to be releveant".
