The first Person in the World to contact the White House; the State Department, U.S. Newspapers and Ghana's News Media such as Ghanaweb.Com, ( via Electronic Mail) dated January 09, 2011, urging Egypt's Military to overthrow President Hosni Mubarak, (in order to save lives) --- (long before Egypt's Nobel Laurete ElBaradei made his public appeal to the Military on February 2, 2011), was not an Egyptian Citizen, but a former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate(1993) and an aspiring Ghana's Presidential Candidate (Elections 2012) --- "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor" and dubbed by his American friends and admirers as "America's Mandela".

"The Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor, ("America's Mandela") ---- expressing grave concern over the death toll in Egypt's popular uprising and buoyed by U.S. President Barack Obama's support for the Tunisians' "People's Revolution" and the President's call for free expression of ideas, has boldly and publicly appealed to the brave People of Egypt, especially Students, the Army, Navy, Air Force and Police to use (peaceful and non-violent means) to immediately overthrow President Mubarak (in order to save lives and property !!!) ---- describing Ghanaian Men who did nothing and allowed former Military Junta leader Jerry John Rawlings to stay in power for about 18 years and tortured them during his AFRC and PNDC days, as "Cowards and Un-Circumcised Men who behave exactly like former President John Agyekum Kufuor".
" The "Larger than Life" Human Rights and Civil Rights Activist, publicly pleaded with the White House to allow him to travel to Egypt and Ivory Coast to join the "Revolution of the, by the People and for the People" to oust dictators Hosni Mubarak and Laurent Gbagbo --- warning other Dictators, Genocists and Terrorist leaders who oppress their People in Africa that 'There is no Power on Earth that can forever suppress People's Natural Right to be free' ".
The Celebrated Human Rights and Civil Rights' Activist revealed that he was harassed by several annoying Telephone calls made by suspected People in the Intelligence Community, as soon as he sent Electronic Mails and made his public appeal for the Military ouster of Egypt's President Mubarak.
He said that the nesxt day after he had sent Electronic Mail to the White House, the State Department, U.S. Embassy in Ghana; Los Angeles Times, New York Times, Ghana's News Agency and other Ghana's News Media, urging Egypt's Military and Students, etc to overthrow President Hosni Mubarak (in order to save lives), Egypt's Air Force flew over Egypt for the first time during the Egyptian People's Revolution.
The former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, whose idea of linking Crenshaw High School in USA with another High School in Ghana, "Great Koss" was aired by ABC News Channel 7, also revealed that on or around 2002/2003, he sent Electronic Mail to President George Bush's White House urging a Policy of "American led Democratic Revolution Around the World".--- Thereafter, Dr. Condoleeza Rice publicly announced that the Bush White House would embark on "American led Democratic Revolution Around the World".
"My Life was tortured by suspected "Anti-American Enemies of Democracy and Enemies of Freedom of Speech" when I jubilated that the Bush White House had implemented the idea I sent to them Electronically.
" A (few) People in the Intelligence Community waged a "Hi-Tech Savage War" Against me, amid extraordinary persecution and subjugation into "Death by Slow Starvation", for merely exercising my Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression", said the Ghanaian-born "America's Mandela" who has praised President Barack Obama's White House for assuring the World Community that "America will not torture" and "America does not torture".
"It is true that it has never been the Policy of the White House to torture, but the truth is that, a (few) People within the Intelligence Community and a (few) Anti-American Political Terrorists who are "Enemies of Democracy"; "Enemies of Freedom" and "Enemies of Liberty" still persecute and torture innocent People --- absolutely, without the knowledge of the Civilized and Drmocratic government at the White House and these enemies of Human Civilization, must be exposed immediately", said the "Politiciuan of the People, by the People and for the People" who was once put on a "Political Show Trial" on American Soil for daring to run for Political office as the first Ghanaian-American to run for a higher public office in the history of America.
"There are many good and brave Police Officers who risk their lives to protect us everyday, but the truth is that, when I was put on a "Political Show Trial" in Los Angeles -- an un-American and Barbaric trial of the Century which the presiding Judge described as the "Trial of the Century", I complained to President Bill Clinton's White House on or around 2002, and the Civilized White House ordered the Justice Department to investigate allegations of persecution and torture inflicted upon me by a few Police Officers", said the Politician and Human Rights / Civil Rights Activist.
"After I had complained to the White House, a (few) Police Officers within the LAPD came to my House late at night with guns drawn, on the pretext of looking for a suspicious Black Man", explained the Ghanaian-born "America's Mandela".
"Their intent was assasination", said the Human Rights and Civil Rights Activist who called the Police 911 Emergency, on or around 2002 and alerted the 911 Operator.
The former Volunteer and Precinct Captain for Obama for America's 2008 Presidential Campaign and alumnus of the prestigious University of Southern California (USC) said that although Obama's White House has never responded to his numerous resumes seeking Political appointment or at least, a position as a Policy Adviser, he will never quitting knocking at the doors of the White House for Equal Opportunities.
Described by American Public Officials as "More educated than 70 % of America's Population", the former Ghanaian-Americvan Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, "Kwame Mayor", who made history in 1993 as the first indigenous African to run for a higher public office in the history of United States of America --- since America gained her independence from Great Britain in 1776, has been treated unfairly by successive governments in Ghana, especially the former government of President John agyekum Kufuor who implemented many of his strategic ideas, yet never gave him any recognition or any appointment.
"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor is credited for gigantic ideas implemented in Ghana, such as the idea of establishing South Africa's Model of "National Reconciliation Commission" in Ghana; Voting Rights for Ghanaians living Abroad, Statutes for the Martyred Judges in Ghana, Building "State of the Art" Presidential Palace in Ghana to attract Tourism like the White House, Establishing a "Shadow Government" for United African States, which prompted former President John Agfyekum Kufuor to invite African Heads of State to an historic conference in Ghana, etc, etc.

The Ghanaian-born "America's Mandela" has publicly asked Libya's Leader, Muammar Kaddafi to resign immediately and pave way for Democratic reforms in that Country, while urging Ugandans to free themselves from years of Museveni's un-democratic, oppressive and repressive government.
The "Larger than Life" "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor urged Ivory Coast's Military to replicate Egyptian Armed Forces Military take-over and immediately install Alassagne Ouattara as Ivory Coast's legitimate leader.
"Saudi Arabia, should make immediate Democratic reforms and Puttin must allow Russians to become free through a genuine and free and fair elections",

However, the (few) Police Officers who harass, kill and torture their fellow Americans must stop, else brave Americans will one day, storm all Police Stations across the Nation -- in the Hamlets, Towns and Cities to end Police abuse; Terrorist style of killings of innocent Civilians", said "America's Mandela" as he confessed that there are more Good Police Officers than the (few) Bad Police Officers or the "Al Quedas in our Streets".
"In Africa, Uganda, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Angola and the other Axis of other Evil Leaders in Africa who oppress their own African Brothers and Sisters must immediately allow Multi-Party Democracy and Free and Fair Elections", said the "Larger than Life" Politician who has created a face book event : "Kaddafi Must Go".
"In Ghana, Rawlings and Boakye Djan must renounce violence, and President John Evans Atta Mills should stop persecuting Ms. Amina Muhammed and publicly apologise for persecuting and dehumanizing NPP Sympathiser, Nana Baafi".
"Moreover, the NDC must stop their history of persecuting, torturing and publicly executing Akans, especially Asantes, and stop torturing all other Ethnic group or Tribe in Ghana, and (no) Tribe or Ethnic Group should fight against each other, since we are all brothers and sisters", advised the Ghanaian-born "America's Mandela".
Long before any Egyptian Political Leader or any World Leader made a public call to urge Egypt's Military to overthrow President Hosni Mubarak, I had already sent Electronic Mail to the White Houdse calling for Military overthrow of the Egyptian President, in order to save lives", said the Ghanaian-born "America's Mandela" who says that he deserves a White House or United Nations' appointment as he patiently eyes the next Nobel Peace Prize.
