"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, (popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as Kwame Mayor) --- the 2004 / 2008 CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency in Kumasi, Ashanti Region of Ghana and himself, a former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, has publicly quit Ghana's Politics and announced that he has filed the necessary documents to enable him to run for Governor of California in 2010 to succeed the "Terminator", Austrian born and Governor of the State of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger --- according to a special release on his Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com. The Populist Politician, whose numerous strategic ideas have benefitted his Native Country of Ghana, yet successive governments upon governments in Ghana, (especially, that of former President John Agyekum Kufuor) - treated him with absolute unfairness out of irrational fear, intellectual intimidation, personal insecurities, sheer wickedness, pure evil and moreover, "just because he is a Ghanaian-American", and "not because he is a Ghanaian-American" --- vowed to someday return to Ghana to run for President.

The Politician who has deferred his Ph.D. studies at Claremont Graduate University (CGU) is an alumnus of the prestigious and expensive University of Southern California where he obtained his Master's in Public Administration (MPA); Masters Certificate in Public Financial Management; Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Public Administration and briefly pursued a Doctor of Public Administration studies.

"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, the first Ghanaian-American to run for Mayor of Los Angeles in 1993 who eyes to become California Governor in 2010, hopes to be the "Next Barack Obama" in America's Politics, as he leads the "We the People's Campaign for Change in California".

Asked whether he can win the Governor's race to succeed "Larger than Life" Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Maverick Politician whom many Americans refer to as "America's Mandela" borrowed Barack Obama's Campaign Slogan :

"Yes We Can !!!", he repeated Obama's Campaign Slogan on his own Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com

The "People's Politician" plans to invite President Barack Obama whom he volunteered for without pay, as a Precinct Captain / Volunteer during his (Obama's) Presidential Campaign in 2008 --- to campaign this time for him to change California and America in general !!.

"Yes We Can !!!", the Ghanaian-American Politician echoed President Barack Obama.
