Pre-teen Hollywood sensation, Kwesi Boakye has nabbed a huge guest-starring role on the CBS hit series Hawaii Five-O, playing the character of Kevin Cole, son of Reggie Cole, portrayed by Hip-Hop mogul turned actor Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Hawaii Five-O marks Diddy’s first television role. While the adorable Kwesi, who’s on the fast-track to international super stardom, has amassed an impressive body of both television and film work to include prominent roles on top-rated television shows “Hawthorne”, “Southland”, “Boston Legal”, “Community”, “Strong Medicine”, “The Shield”, “Day Break” and “Men Of A Certain Age” as well as starring roles in blockbuster films such as Disney’s “The Princess And The Frog” and Tyler Perry’s #1 box office hit “I Can Do Bad All By Myself”.
Although just 11 years of age, the immensely talented Kwesi is being touted as one of Hollywood’s next breakout superstars. Kwesi is the grandson of a Ghanaian king and the youngest brother of Tinsel Town’s newest “it” acting siblings, The K3 Brothers. This includes teen heartthrob’s Kwame Boateng and Kofi Siriboe.
Kwesi is coming off a banner 2010 year starring in the highly anticipated film “Firebird” that also stars Lynn Collins and Michael Ealy. He is also slated to play another hip-hop mogul’s son in the upcoming movie “Lives Of The Saints”, starring multi platinum rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Golden Globe Award nominee Meg Ryan and Emmy Award winner John Lithgow.
