‘Lace Up’; the biggest sneakers hangout comes off this Saturday

Millennials, there is only one place to be on the 30th of March, 2019, all roads lead to “Lace Up”, the biggest sneakers hangout to hit Ghana. This brilliant initiative is by the CEO of Events Bureau, Daniel Oko Djanie.

Being a sneaker head himself, he has combined his love for sneakers and his event organising skills into potentially one of the most anticipated events this month.

With a myriad of endorsements from showbiz personalities such as Kofi Mole, DJ Vyrusky, DKB, Lace Up seeks to build, promote and grow the sneakers community in Ghana.

What is a lawn party, without good music, food and drinks? There will be lots to drink and nibble on. Come with your best sneakers because prizes would be awarded for dope sneakers and who doesn’t like freebies? Yes, there will be giveaways as well, you could potentially walk away with free sneakers and free vouchers to clean all the tucked away old sneakers. How cool is that? Also, there will be some free consultation on sneakers maintenance.

With the maiden event in Accra, Daniel envisions throwing equally amazing Lace Ups in Takoradi and Kumasi later in the year.
