2008 Ghana's Presidential aspirant and a former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as ("Kwame Mayor"), who claims to have found evidence in the form of (receipts of registered letters bearing their identification or code numbers), which he mailed to Ghana's President, John Agyekum Kuffuor as far back in 2005 at Ghana's Post Office, with copies to Libya's President, Muammer Al-Qaddafi and former South African President Nelson Mandela, etc, etc, ( inviting them to attend his abortive July 28, 2005 "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstrations for Freedom" / ("Africa Positive Action Demonstrations"), and stating one of his objectives as : "To Symbolically Proclaim the Formation of United African States (UAS), a Continental African Union Government and urge African Leaders to immediately form a [Shadow Government] under this Continental Union African Government", - has formally announced plans to bring legal action at the International Court of Law; a Court of Law in Ghana and a Court of Law in the United States of America, against His Excellency, President John Agyekum Kuffuor, for (systematically) stealing and exploiting his ideas, with the sole intent of "Neutralizing his Political Ambitions"; Pre-Empting his Political Ideas and Campaign Platform and ultimately, to destroy his Political Career !!!.
The charismatic Politician who (reinvented) Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's idea of a Continental African Union Government has meanwhile publicly announced that he has (officially) proclaimed a "Shadow Continental African Union Government he proposed in 2005, to be called "United African States"- [UAS] inviting Libya's President Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi to become its "Interim Supreme President" until the (actual) Continental African Union Government materializes !!! - appealing to interested African Leaders and Countries to immediately join his proposal for such a Shadow government !!!.
In requesting Ghana's Police Headquaters in Ashanti Region for a permit for his abortive July 28, 2005 "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstrations for Freedom" or "Africa Positive Actions Demonstrations", the 2004 CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency in Kumasi, Ashanti Region and the first indigenous African to run for a higher public office in the history of the United States of America - since America's Independence from Great Britain in 1776, stated the following as his objectives, as found in some of his letters dated 24th May, 2005, June 11, 2005, etc :
>>> To protest against harsh impositions by World Economic Powers on Ghana which are the root causes of Economic and Political woes facing the Country and to request the government of Ghana and the governments of other African Countries to seek "Economic Dialogue" with the World's Economic Powers to [soften their harsh impositions] on Africa and finally, to reclaim Ghana's full Independence, Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity and make Ghanaians "First Class Citizens" in their own Land, while treating Law-Abiding Foreign Citizens and Foreign Investors who seek the best interest of Ghana - with the Greatest Respect, Dignity and Amazing Ghanaian Hospitality !!!";

( It should be noted that Ghana's Police Headquaters in Ashanti Region, did (not) grant a permit to "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng (Kwame Mayor's) several requests for his publicly announced July 28, 2005 "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstrations for Freedom" / ("Africa Positive Action Demonstrations", which famed Radio Host, Mr. Kwame Adinkrah announced a number of times on Kumasi based Fox 97.9 FM !!!).
"Libya's President, Muammar Qaddafi is my witness against President John Agyekum Kuffuor !!! ---- that long after African Leaders, (including President John Agyekum Kuffuor himself had settled and felt comfortable with a Model African Union (AU) - instead of a Continental African Union Government's Model, it was I, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng who reinvented and rekindled Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's gigantic idea of a "CONTINENTAL AFRICAN UNION GOVERNMENT" - (through letters to Ghana's President, John Agyekum Kuffuor and Libya's President, Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi !!!"", the "People's Mayor" recently declared publicly.
"Osagyefo" said he is ever ready to turn evidence of (receipts) of his registered letters he mailed to President Kuffuor and Libya's President Qaddafi, to the public !!!.
"Folks, the truth hurts but someone has to tell the truth and nothing but the truth !!!", said the Politician.
" Unfortunately, His Excellency President John Agyekum Kuffuor feels uncomfortable anytime "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng tells the Nation the truth and nothing but the truth !!! and especially, anytime "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, "Mayor" reveals the unprecedented political persecution against him by a (few) men in the ruling government with the (direct knowledge) of the President himself and his Security apparatus !!!", said the Man formerly known as "Kwame Mayor" .
It should be noted that "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng had questioned in his 2005 complaint against President Kuffuor's government, why government controlled Radio Ghana, in a News Broadcast, had leaked information about some of the objectives of his 2005 abortive "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" such as calling for a "Shadow Government" for a Continental African Union Government and the establishment of a "United African States', which he had personally given to the then outgoing Ashanti Regional Police Commander, Mr. Opare Addo, as he unsuccessfully sought for a permit for his abortive demonstration against Neo-Colonialism and Imperialism !!!.
Readers would recall that Line 4 of "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng's complaint as published on Ghanaweb's Politics section on June 29, 2005 read as follows : ---
" The Ashanti Regional Branch of the Ghana Police Service should respectfully [investigate] and explain why and how the objectives of my impending July 28, 2005 Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration which I gave to the Ashanti Regional Deputy Police Commander and the staff of the Police Record's unit, dated [May 24, 2005; May 27, 2005 and June 11, 2005] - calling for a United African States (UAS) and pleading with African leaders to immediately establish a Shadow Government was leaked and the [essential el! ements] of my ideas of a [Shadow Government] for a Continental African Union Government and my call for the name of United African States [(UAS)] to be given to such a Continental African Union Government was broadcast on [government-controlled] Radio Ghana's Morning News of Tuesday, [June 14, 2005]. - ( It should be noted that the Police service is a branch of the government !!!)".
The 2004 CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency lamented that when he tried to organize his "Yaa Asantewaa Wahala", to focus attention on the Neo-Colonialist and Imperialist State of Ghana; a demand for Economic Dialogue with the World's Powerful Economic Institutions to soften thier harsh impositions; and a call for a SYMBOLIC GOVERNMENT for a future Continental African Union Government and a call for "Yaa Asantewaa Festival" to be celebrated on an (annual basis) etc, etc, the then in-coming Ashanti Regional Police Commander and out-going Police Commnder did (not) issue him a permit !!!.
It is (ironic) that under President John Agyekum Kuffuor's government - a government which denied "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng a permit to stage his "Yaa Asantewaa Demonstration" to focus attention, (among other things), the creation of a Symbolic Government for a Continental African Union Government to be called "United African States" --- is the same Kuffuor's government hosting an African Summit to discuss the formation of a United States of Africa !!!. "Folks, we have a President under whose government "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng's stategic thinking, talents, creativity and intellectual prowess are a constant threat to President John Agyekum Kuffuor's mind, ears and eyes, and that of a (FEW) "Political Mafias", said the Royal Politician, whose biological ancestors from the Adonteng Puduo Royal Family of Bamang, near the famouse Kente weaving Town of Bonwire in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, led Asante Wars against Colonialism and Imperialism - in their capacity as War Generals or Heads of the (Marines) in the Army of the old Asante Kingdom.
The Peace and Democracy Activist; Pan-Africanist and Civil Rights Icon in his own right, who has asked the World's Super Powers to dismantle their Nuclear Weapons (for the sake of World Peace !!!) - else, he would put pressure on African Leaders to also develop Nuclear Weapons in order to achieve what he calls, "Nuclear Racial Parity !!!" with "Our White Brothers and Sisters", and has publicly argued that an "African Super Power" could help produce a "Peaceful Nuclear Political Equilibrium !!!" says :
" African Leaders and all African People, especially Ghanaians should (never) forget that it was Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah who initiated the idea of a Continental African Union Government and also, should (never) forget that it was "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, the self proclaimed ("Real Intellectual Reincarnation of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah") whose 2005 registered letters to Ghana's President, His Excellency John Agyekum Kuffuor and Libya's President, His Excellency, Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi - (reinvented) and rekindled Dr. Nkrumah's noble idea of a Continental African Union Government !!! - instead of the African Union (AU) which they (African Leaders) almost got themselves attached to.
The Politician, whose numerous ideas have been implemented by President Kuffuor's ruling government but has (never) been given credit for political reasons !!!, reflected solemnly on the series of political injustices committed against him for telling the Nation the truth !!!, and quoted the legendary Albert Einstein of blessed memory :
"Great Spirits have always encountered violent opposition ...."
He told Ghanaians around the World that : " Someone has to tell the Nation the truth and nothing but the truth !!! - if we are to leave a legacy of political truthfulness, honesty and integrity to the Nation's Youth and Future Leaders !!!".
Meanwhile, the Politician who has strongly rejected his "Political Cult Status" among his supporters and admirers, telling them that he is a humble person who happens to be a "Political Messiah !!!", is pleading with all African People and their Leaders to appoint Libya's President, His Excellency, Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi as an [Interim Supreme President" of a "Shadow Continental African Union Government" - United African States" [UAS] - until the African Union Government finally materializes and elections are held - predicting that "Brother Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi would win a Landslide victory in the first Continental African Union Government's elections, or would be voted by a "Council of African Presidents" to head a Federal Government of United African States (UAS), with the title of "Supreme President", allowing the Leaders of the future African States to call themselves "Presidents" to satisfy the ego of the proverbial Black Man, such as President John Agyekum Kuffuor.
" Imperialist Stooges may be opposed to Brother Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi becoming the Supreme President of Africa", the Pan-Africanist and Democratic activist "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng (Kwame Mayor) noted.
"And there are some African Leaders who [still] want to be called Presidents and therefore are afraid of a Continental African Union Government !!!", said the Politician who (re-invented) Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's dream of a Continental African Union Government.
On behalf of African People, I proclaim a "Shadow Continental African Union Government" to be called United African States (UAS), with Brother Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi as its interim Supreme President, and I urge any African Leader or Country interested in this United Government to join it immediately", declared "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng, the self-proclaimed "Real Intellectual Reincarnation of Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah !!!".
" I hereby announce that a "Shadow Continental African Union Government" has been formed and current African Presidents should nominate their candidates to fill all Ministerial positions under this new Union government !!!.
Warning that ideas cannot be immitated without permission, "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng said henceforth, all African Countries willing to join the "Shadow Continental African Union Government" cease to exist and should be called States and their respective Parliaments should become State Legislatures.
The Continental African Union government should welcome "New African States" when they decide to join it !!!.
"Symbolic Ministerial Appointments" should begin immediately until the Continental African Union Government comes into fruition !!!, said the Strategic Thinker.
"Ghana's Finance Minister could emerge as the new Secretary of Finance of this "Shadow Continental African Union Government" - United African States (UAS); South Africa's Minister could become Minister of Defence; Egypt's Minister could become Minister of Trade and Tourism; Nigeria's Minister could become Secretary of State, etc, etc".
One Currency is hereby authorized and should be printed immediately !!!.
One Flag is hereby authorized for use - and should be printed immediately.
Also, One National Anthem is hereby authorized to be played - and should be written immediately.
All Soldiers or Armies in the various African Countries should henceforth become a Federal Army to be known as "African High Command" as Ghana's first President, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah suggested.
Current African Countries should henceforth be called "States" and their Leaders called "Presidents or Governors" -
(African Presidents, for example, President John Agyekum Kuffuor may be allowed to retain their titles as Presidents, under New States of this "Shadow Continental African Union Government" - United African States (UAS) - in order to satisfy their "Black Man's Proverbial Ego !!!).
The overall President of this "Shadow Continental African Union Government" - United African States (UAS) shall be called "Supreme African President" and Brother al-Qaddafi is hereby invited to accept a position of "Interim Supreme African President" until elections are held, said "Osagyefo" Kwame Appiah Boateng - Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah # 2 !!!.
