Lethal Bizzle Wins £10, 000 In Horse Race Bet

UK based Ghanaian rap superstar, Lethal Bizzle is £10, 000 richer after placing a big money bet on a horse over the weekend.

Lethal Bizzle didn't actual see the horse called Ballabriggs racing to victory. In a YouTube video he posted, he further said that gambling is not a good thing and that he will be giving freebies on his twitter page.

Lethal Bizzle was born Maxwell Ansah, 14 September 1982 in Walthamstow, London and one of his popular songs is (Forward)", also known as "Forward Riddim" which was banned from airplay by some mainstream radio stations.

It entered the UK Singles Chart at number 11 in its first week on the chart in 2005 and it reached number one on the UK Dance Chart. He won a MOBO Award for "Pow (Forward)" as 'Best Single', and was nominated at the same awards as 'Best Newcomer'.

Lethal Bizzle is distantly related to Emmanuel Frimpong who plays for Arsenal FC. They have started a clothing line called Dench together. He is also cousin to British Hip-Hop artist Sway, who is cousin of former Arsenal footballer Quincy Owusu-Abeyie.

His latest single, 'Not A Saint' also features Ghanaian musician, Donae'o who is also based in the UK
