Actor LiWin has fired at Shatta Wale and team for denying him the opportunity to entertain his audience at Shatta’s Peace Campaign Concert which happened in Kumasi over the weekend.
The Kumawood star in a radio interview claimed a member of Shatta’s team told him not to mount the stage to perform because Shatta Wale was ready to start his set.
“This is the second time this has happened. The manager is creating enemies for Shatta. Why would Shatta suffer to be a star and they that get some of the money he makes create enemies for him. And if it’s he Shatta who is doing that then he should stop because it won’t help him. One can’t be famous forever.
“Because of what has happened, I was supposed to feature Shatta on my song but because of what his management has done, I won’t feature him anymore.” He told Pluzz. “I don’t even want the feature. Because even if you are Sarkodie, Samini or whoever and you don’t care about me, I don’t mind because I’m not a musician. I’m an actor and like making the songs for fun. I don’t make music for the money, I make movies for money.
“I’m not going to feature him on the song anymore. I even called him and he said he was ready but I’m not going to do the song anymore. What the manager did has made me lose interest in the collaboration.”
But the actor, in the end, forced himself on stage to display a few antics before his mic was cut off.
