Sexual harassment at the workplace is real and people have suffered from this canker. Many women have lost their jobs or suffer in silence because of this issue and yet it’s often poorly handled at workplaces.

Bottom line is, women suffer sexual harassment than men, hence, female workers must muster courage to stop harassers in their tracks by being bold.

It’s important to note that only few men will back off when a woman verbally registers her displeasure. If he keep trying to touch you in a sensual way, away from the view of work colleagues, announce his move right that moment in the presence of everyone. He will feel embarrassed and immediately back off.

Playfully threaten a slap and execute it hard

Funny as it may sound, slapping him hard will shake him from his dream world. Harassers usually try to flirt in the presence of other colleagues to create the impression, the feeling is mutual but hey!, office is for work not flirting!
