Even if you don’t have any mental or physical exercise routine and you only have a regular poo every morning before 7am and before having breakfast there is a big chance that you will live a long and healthy life.
When we are sick, stressed, worried, tired, the first thing which suffers is our digestion and poo cycle. It’s very likely that we will be constipated or would have diarrhea. In both cases, these are the signs of our body and mind being out of balance.
Most people are having their poo the easy way, which is wait for breakfast and the pressure from food will do the job straight after. Many of us are using coffee to stimulate digestion.
In both cases this is a very wrong thing to do. If we eat while our digestive system is still full this unreleased negative energy will mix with fresh new energy from food, resulting in poisoning our body.
If we use coffee to stimulate digestion we are weakening it and are far less likely to be able to eliminate naturally early in the morning.
Basically, the first thing you should do in the morning is to take care of your digestion. Drink a few glasses of boiled and cooled, filtered water and then go to the loo. If this doesn’t work, consider adding honey or salt in the water (but not together :-).
If this doesn’t work either exercises or go out for walk or light jogging to get your circulation going and then try again.
It takes time and patience to get this right every single day and sometimes you have to sit on the loo for 30 min or more to get the job done, so consider getting up earlier.
After some time you can expect on most days to be finished within a few minutes.
Early morning poo is the key activity for getting rid of physical negativity from the day before.
If we don’t keep our toilet time, which is before 7am, this physical negativity will start to spread in our system as negative energy, poisoning our blood streams and meridians and causing blockages after some time.
Also, we recommend not to talk with anybody before your morning poo and having this negativity out of your system, as you could consider yourself somewhat contaminated and by talking with somebody you will transfer this negativity immediately.
This is why we have lots of people who are grumpy in the morning, easily snap or start to fight.
All this is due to negativity from the previous day. If they had an early morning poo they would feel much more relaxed and easy going.
Now put this into perspective for the whole of humanity.
How many people are sctually having an early morning poo? We can only guess but lets say less than 1%. This means that 99% of people are out and about carrying this negativity around and causing trouble on every corner because they feel irritated and heavy and they don’t even know that it’s only due to their impeded digestion so they keep finding other reasons and people to blame.
And there we go, if we could get people to take more responsibility for their digestion, even if only 50% of us would have regular morning poo routine can you imagine how this would influence our world, how much more peaceful everybody would be?
Every time I see someone angry or nervous, the first thing I would like to ask them is “Did you poo this morning?”
It’s unfortunately not the done thing but it would raise their awareness and help them understand that something very basic needs to be fixed. So be brave.
Same for you. Ask yourself when you don’t feel very good, how much your digestion has to do with it?
Of course, our digestion depends a lot on our food and drinking habits. This is something which is essential to bring your digestion in order but about that we shall write another time and probably by our expert for nutritions, Gwen Hoffmann.
