As far as we have God and there is Satan, there will always be negatives no matter how much we try to be positive.

Sometimes one can't imagine how on earth he got a spot of stain in their white attire no matter how careful they were?

Even if this happens on your first day with someone you have always dreamt of being with, or during a golden opportunity to meet someone you admire so much, or at an event or ceremony you were hosting or speaking at or on your wedding day, you have to live beyond the circumstances. It doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist but you just don't want to allow that to steal your, joy, happiness and smiles.

Sometimes the negative comments, words or talk from some people get you mad, upset and angry. You may feel like teaching them a lesson or descending to their level but the sincere question you need to ask yourself is, "is this worth it?, Do I belong to the same negative class with them? Is that the real me?"

The truth of the matter is, the reason people behave that way is because they are sick. It is only sick people who go around vomiting on others.

Since you are not sick, why will you be forced to vomit on someone? Even if they mistakenly or unintentionally vomit on you, you don't want to get sick and also vomit on them; you rather have to forgive and move on.

The bible says in 1 Peter 3:9 (NLT) “Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That is what God has called you to do, and he will grant you his blessing”.

One thing about vomit is, even the one who does it doesn't like it. Negative people don't like their own words and comments they spit on others. No one likes to step in vomit, so there is no need encouraging negative comments and insults. There is no need replying them either for the truth is, not every sick person knows he or she is sick.

So go ahead, delete the negative comments and block them but don't forget to remember them in prayer.

Always bear in mind, if you allow the negatives, you can be infected and once you do, you are also sick. It's like replying a mad person who insults you; people watching might think you are even worse.

Detach emotions from negative comments thrown at you; put them behind you; it doesn't define you in anyway. When you learn to do this, no one has the power to ruin your day with their words.

In conclusion "Don’t hang out with angry people; don’t keep company with hotheads. Bad temper is contagious—don’t get infected" - Proverbs 22:24-25 (MSG).

Please share with your friends, someone out there needs this.
