I had a call from heartbroken lady "Hello Counselor; I wish I could give him my pain just for one moment. Not to hurt him, but so he can finally understand how much he hurt me, for him to know what he is putting me through".
I can understand what this lady is going through. Let me paint this picture: It hurts to be in love with someone who doesn’t love you as much as you love them. It hurts knowing that they treat you like trash while you treat them like a precious Gem.
It hurts seeing the one you love look at someone else the same way you look at him/her. It hurts to move on and forget everything even though you know you deserve better.
It hurts to fight for someone who doesn't want to be fought for. It hurts to see someone you love just walk out the door.
You try to let it all out by crying, but drowning all your problems in tears can't seem to fix the damage done to your broken heart.
It hurts cause when you lost the one you love, you've also lost a huge part of your life; you're all torn apart. It hurts to just forget someone so perfect when they're everything like you've been looking for. It hurts to live with a heart so broken, so sore. It’s sad when you have to remind people you still exist!
You might have heard this a million times. “You deserve better, let go.” In reality, they are right. But sometimes when you love, you love the person for who they are despite what wrong they've done you. That's what love does to you. It's not about who you deserve, it's about who you want, who you need, and who you love.
Don't remain clinging on to a person whom God showed you is not for you. Let go! God knows better, His timing is always perfect. He knows them more than you ever will. He can see their true intentions. Listen to God's voice always.
Live for the person who dies for you, smile for the person who cries for you, fight for the person who protects you, and love the person who loves you more than you.
There is no need killing yourself for someone who doesn't love you, for if you die he or she will bring someone else to your funeral.
Please share with your friends, someone out there needs this.
